Chris Tolmasov bio
Chris Tolmasov first obtained a real estate license in California during the late 1970′s and quickly recognized the “bubble”. Taking advantage of a special time period he bought dozens of single family homes for himself and real estate investors who were making an excellent return on their investments. Many were quickly flipped but as value was improved with home improvements he branched into this field where he specialized for the next 20 years.
When the mortgage market expanded due to broader underwriting parameters in the mid 1990′s he recognized his ability to service a select type of seasoned investor and offer services in this additional area. He remains tied to both residential and commercial investors as a consultant with experience and a vision cultivated by weathering several complete real estate cycles.
Chris has specialized in Michigan real estate particularly the city of Detroit; also Southern California as well as Florida. He is currently working on a book about real estate investing.
