He heads The Wayne Turner Group, a consulting service committed to providing financial fitness education and real estate investment instruction to people from all walks of life. Bill Turner – Vice President & CFO – is the newest member of the Wayne Turner Financial Group. He joins us after a 37-year career with General Motors, where he held management positions for a number of years. Bill’s main objective with our group will be to help all of our clients and future customers to achieve financial security. For the most part, many of us are totally in the dark about our finances. You try to pay your bills each month and try to do your best to prepare for the future. But, the truth is, there is only so much money to go around and preparing for the future can be overwhelming. DIXON Turner - Every enterprise needs a “grunt” worker. That’s the person behind the scene that does anything and everything nobody else wants to do. The Wayne Turner Group’s “grunt” worker is DIXON turner, Office Manager, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Chief Cook and Bottle Washer. Chris Tolmasov - Chris Tolmasov first obtained a real estate license in California during the late 1970’s and quickly recognized the “bubble”. Taking advantage of a special time period he bought dozens of single family homes for himself and real estate investors who were making an excellent return on their investments. Many were quickly flipped but as value was improved with home improvements he branched into this field where he specialized for the next 20 years. (Read Chris’ entire bio)
Tonya Jackson - Mortgage processor for over 8 years. Experienced in FHA, VA, RD and Conventional loan program. Functionality in DU/LP, eMagic, eFannie and many lenders online systems. Quicker processing times and helping the client get their mortgages done is Tonya’s goal and motto.
Peter Thomas – Consultant - Having grown up under the care of a mentally ill mother, Pete Thomas spent his childhood between homelessness and the foster care system until he was a teenager. The poor eating habits he learned as a transient child caught up with him in adulthood, where he unwittingly gained 10 pounds per year after college. A true yo-yo dieter, Pete tried many different diet systems and plans to lose weight. Each one led to a moderate weight loss, after which he would balloon right back to his former weight. All that changed in 2005 when the 415-poundeer was cast on Season Two of NBC’s hit reality show The Biggest Loser.
Tina Williams - Consultant - Bad credit, spoken in any language, is never a good thing. For Quintina Williams, the former Spanish instructor, current banker and CEO of QT Enterprises, a financial consulting firm, it is a force that she has conquered and is decidedly helping others to defeat. Having survived the self-entitled “credit death march” upon abusing her credit to a lamentable score in the low 400’s, she put in hours of due diligence, researching and unearthing resources to what she describes as “to the point of obsession.” It proved to be a useful tool for in less than two years, her credit score soared to the mid 700’s and she now proudly boasts a score in the 800’s.
